Fruit ice "Mojito"

Here come the long-awaited hot days, intime which everyone wants to freshen up with ice cream or fruit ice. We suggest you to prepare ice with the taste of the Mojito cocktail and to serve it in limes.

You will need

  • - 4 limes;
  • - 230 ml of water;
  • - 100 ml of lime juice;
  • - 90 g of brown sugar;
  • - 50 g of mint, light rum;
  • - peel with two limes;
  • - 1 egg white.

Rinse fresh mint and limes well. Grind the mint until smooth with a blender.

Mix sugar with lime and water. Cook the syrup, add crushed mint and lime juice (100 ml) into it, let it brew for thirty minutes.

Add the rum, you can add sugar, although it is better not to make this fruit ice too sweet.

Whisk the protein until a strong foam, mix withmint-lime syrup, clean for three hours in the freezer, mix every half hour. Do not be afraid that the protein will first be on the surface, then it will turn into a fluffy homogeneous mass.

With four limes cut off the top, pull outgently spoon the flesh. Slice the bottom a little so that the baskets are stable, stuff them with fruit ice. Keep in the fridge, take out the dessert immediately before using it.
