  • - Fresh mushrooms - 300 g;
  • - salted mushrooms - 200 g.

  • - flour - 2 cups;
  • - vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons;
  • - water - 0.5 cup;
  • - salt - 0.5 tsp;
  • - Egg - 1 pc.
