You will need

Rinse the grape leaves under a stream of running water, fold in a large bowl and pour boiling water. Add a little salt and leave for 20 minutes.

At this time, start to prepare the filling. Onion peel and finely chop. Carrots grate on a large grater. In a frying pan, pour a couple of spoons of vegetable oil and put on a moderate fire. Put the prepared vegetables and stirring constantly, until golden brown. Remove from the plate and cool. Mix rice with minced meat and vegetables. Salt and pepper to taste.
