Homemade waffles ... what could be more delicious. To prepare wafers yourself is quite simple: for this you only need to have a waffle iron and a recipe for the test at hand. Here are a few test recipes for waffles.
Fresh Wafers
Add a little salt and baking soda to the egg yolk, mix everything. Add 100 g of water and 100 g of flour, again mix everything well, gradually adding another 100 g of water.
Waffles milk
50 g of oil mixed with 50 g of sugar, add to themone egg yolk, salt, vanillin and 150 g of flour. All mixed well and put in a cold place for 20-30 minutes. Before baking, add one whipped protein to the dough.
Waffles in Swedish
150 g of flour mixed with 4 tbsp. spoons of water and two glasses of cream or sour cream. Mix everything. Add salt and sugar to taste, whip.
Waffles lemon
Two eggs beat up with half a glass of sugar. Add 100 g of melted margarine or butter. Add to the dough the zest with one lemon, mix everything thoroughly.
Special waffles
Beat up one egg with one glass of sugar,gradually pouring 200 g of melted butter or margarine. Stir and add 1 tbsp. spoon of sour cream, mix. Add 1 glass of rye flour, soda, salt. Stir well.
Salted waffles
250 g of flour mixed with 1 h. with a spoon of baking powder and salt. Mix 200 g of sour cream with three yolks and a glass of milk, then add to the flour. Stir, add 3 tbsp. spoon of melted butter. Stir and add 3 egg whites before baking in dough.
