How to cook cheese soup with chicken
You will need:
- 300 g of chicken fillet;
- 2 medium-sized potatoes;
- 1 packet of melted cheese;
- 1 carrot;
- 150 g of cheese of a hard grade;
- 250 ml of milk;
- salt.
Potatoes and carrots clean, rinse and cut in random order.
Chicken fillet wash and finely chop.
Pour one liter of water into a saucepan, put it in itmeat and vegetables, salt and put on fire for 30-35 minutes. Once all the ingredients are welded - drain the water and using a blender, chop the entire contents of the pan in a mash.
Cream cheese cut into cubes, hard cheese - grate on a coarse grater.
Pour the milk into a saucepan with mashed potatoes and put it on a slow fire. As soon as the soup boils - add the melted and hard cheese into it, remove the pan from the fire. Cheese soup with chicken is ready.
How to make cheese soup with mushrooms
You will need:
- 100 g of melted cheese;
- 100 g of fresh champignons;
- 3 potatoes;
- 1 carrot;
- 1 clove of garlic;
- salt.
Peel potatoes and carrots from the peel, rinse, cut the potatoes into cubes, carrots grate on a coarse grater.
Cut the cheese into cubes, mushrooms - in random order. Grind the garlic.
Put the pan of water on the fire. As soon as the water boils - put potatoes, carrots and mushrooms in it, salt. Cook for 25-30 minutes.
Remove the pan from the heat and add to its contents cheese and garlic. Let stand the soup under the lid for 5-7 minutes.

You will need:
- 3 pieces of large potatoes;
- 1 onion;
- 1 carrot;
- 200 ml of cream;
- 100 g of cheese;
- 1.5 liters of water;
- salt;
- Black pepper powder.
Rinse and peel the vegetables (potatoes, onions, carrots), chop them finely.
Pour water into the bowl, place vegetables there, salt, pepper and turn on the "quenching" mode for 40 minutes.
Five minutes before the end of cooking, open the cover of the multivark, add cream and pre-grated cheese to the soup and close again.
When the cooking is complete - pour the soup into a deep dish and with a blender, give it a creamy consistency.
