This dish is quite highcalorie, but it turns out satiety, delicate and very tasty. For its preparation you will need: - 250 g of spaghetti, - 300 g of chicken fillet, - 200 g of champignons, - 50 g of cheese, - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of sour cream - 1 teaspoon of flour - olive oil for frying - salt and black pepper - basil for decorating. Chicken fillet wash, chop and cut into small pieces. Fry in olive oil until cooked. Champignons cut along thin strips, then put on another pan in one row - then they will turn out more delicious. Fry all the mushrooms in turn until done. In the meantime, prepare the parallel meat, sprinkle with flour and mix well. Add sour cream and a little water. Again carefully stir and simmer over low heat under the lid until thick. For a few minutes until the end pepper, add the fried mushrooms and pre-cooked in salted water spaghetti. Mix everything neatly, remove from heat and place on plates. Sprinkle with finely grated cheese and decorate with crushed leaves of fresh basil. Serve to the table with white dry wine.

Chicken baked with mushrooms in creamy sauce

Spaghetti can also be used as ahearty side dish to a baked chicken. To prepare such a dish you need: - 1 chicken - 300 g of fresh mushrooms - 200 g of sour cream - 150 g of cheese - 100 ml of cream - 20 g of butter - 2 tbsp. spoons of vegetable oil - salt and thyme to taste. Pour the custard thoroughly, dry with a paper towel and cut into 4 parts. Each well salt and put in a refractory dish, pre-lubricated with butter. It is desirable that the mold for cooking has a bead and is not too large, since the meat will be baked in a creamy sauce. Grubs wash and cut if necessary large plates. Fry in a frying pan with preheated vegetable oil until half cooked. Then add sour cream and cream to them. Salt, stir and simmer for about 2 minutes. Pour the chicken with cooked sauce, sprinkle with dried thyme and put the dish in a preheated oven for 200oC for 30 minutes. After the due time, remove and sprinkle with grated cheese on a large grater. Bake for about 10 minutes until a crust is formed. Cook the chicken with mushrooms and serve with the cooked spaghetti.
