Lagman "Lazy". The recipe from the chef
Lagman is a popular national dishindigenous peoples of Central Asia - Uighurs, Dungans and Uzbeks. Lagman is considered at the same time, both first and second course. The dish is oriental, which means you can not do without lamb meat. It takes forty minutes to cook it.
You will need
- - lamb - 300 grams,
- - red pepper - 1 pc.,
- - yellow pepper - 1 pc.,
- - radish - 3 pieces.,
- - carrots - 1 pc.,
- - tomatoes - 2 pcs.,
- - potatoes - 1 pc.,
- - water - 0.5 l.,
- - boiled pasta - 300 g,
- - greenery,
- - spices: seeds of fennel, cumin and basil.

The first thing we'll do is mutton. We clear a piece of mutton meat from fat and layers. Next, cut lamb into pieces. After that, we chop the onions. In a small amount of vegetable oil, we first roast the onions, then toss the mutton meat into the fried onions. And fry the meat on high heat for 10 minutes. I pay attention - we fry without a cover!

Now on the line vegetables: carrots, potatoes, peppers, tomato and here's an unexpected ingredient - it's radish. First, dice the carrots and send it to the meat, then the potatoes and also connect it with the meat. All the salt and mix.

Now add flavored spices. Spices can be any, in our case - seeds of fennel, cumin and basil.

On the turn of the radish - we cut the tails and crush it.

We cut red and yellow pepper, shred the greens.

We connect everything with meat and pour a little water.

We grind tomatoes, they are prepared quickly, so we'll add them at the very end. We bring the dish to readiness.

Lagman can be served with any pasta. We boiled the spaghetti beforehand, now it's time to put them in a plate and pour a rich broth with vegetables.
