Baked cod under marinade

We suggest you bake cod fillets with onions,carrots, mayonnaise and tomatoes. On a garnish to such dish it is possible to prepare boiled rice or mashed potatoes. Do not feed the hot fish immediately, wait until it cools down even slightly.

Baked cod under marinade

You will need

  • Four servings:
  • - 500 g of cod;
  • - 500 g of carrots;
  • - 300 g of onion;
  • - 2 tomatoes;
  • - mayonnaise.

The baked cod under marinade is prepared for 1 hour: 30 minutes leaves on preparation, 30 more on self preparation. Also, it is worthwhile to wait for the finished fish to cool down (10 minutes).

First prepare the cod fillets - rinse it, cut into pieces, fry in a little oil.

Carrots clean, finely chop (you can evengrate on vegetable oil). Onions peel off the peel, cut as you prefer, add to the carrots, fry for another 5 minutes together.

Bake a baking dish with oil. Put a layer of cod fillets into it, top with roasted carrots with onions, then again fish, on it - a layer of carrots with onions. All layers of carrots must be coated with mayonnaise! The topmost layer is the circles of fresh tomatoes. Put the form in the oven.

Baked cod under marinade is cooked at 180degrees, half an hour later the dish will be ready. For about 10 minutes, wait for the fish to cool off a bit in the form, and at the same time insist. After that, you can lay out on plates and serve with any side dish as a dinner or dinner. In addition, decorate the cod with whole branches of fresh dill.
