Chicken liver for this cake take small,light color. Thaw the liver well before cooking. Rinse the chicken liver in cold running water, divide into halves, remove the film and excess fat, if necessary. Allow the liver to dry a little. In a deep cup of the blender, grind the liver well. Add milk to the liver in small portions and whisk again. Add a little flour and four eggs, whisk again.

Chicken eggs that are left, fill with coldwater and hard boiled, cool, clean and grate on a fine grater. Onions and carrots wash, clean. Cut the onions into rings, and grate the carrots on a fine grater. Melt the butter in a frying pan and fry the onions, then add the carrots, eggs and a little salt. Wait for the mixture to cool.
