How to cook ebbiescocks
Under the mysterious word "ebelskvery" hide the magnificent Danish pancakes, which we, however, will execute in the American manner - with the addition of peanut butter!
You will need
- - 2 cups of flour;
- - 3 tsp. Sahara;
- - 2 tsp. baking powder;
- - 0.5 tsp. salts;
- - 4 large eggs;
- - 2 cups of milk;
- - 60 g of butter;
- - 1 cup of creamy peanut butter;
- - 1 cup of raspberry jam.
Instructions

Sift the flour with the baking powder. Add sugar, stir.

Melt butter in a water bath or microwave and cool. The eggs are divided into squirrels and yolks.

Peanut butter mix with a mixer with yolks, melted and cooled butter, milk and vanilla until smooth.

Mix peanut mixture with flour. The dough will be rather heterogeneous.

Proteins carefully beat up and dab in the dough, first adding a third and mixing, and then - the rest of the protein mass.

Frying pan for pancakesoil. Spread in each cavity on a spoonful of dough, in the middle - a little stuffing from your favorite jam (in this case, crimson), and on top is a spoonful of dough. Fry for about 4 minutes on medium heat (pastry should turn golden), then turn over and fry for about 3 minutes. For serving sprinkle with sugar powder if desired.
