Tomato soup with hunting sausages and bacon
Due to bacon and hunting sausages a simple tomato soup turns out to be much more savory and aromatic. With such a hearty first course, you heartily feed your whole family.
You will need
- - 720 g of canned tomatoes in their own juice;
- - 200 g of hunting sausages;
- - 40 grams of boiled-smoked bacon;
- - 5 cloves of garlic;
- - a bunch of fresh greens;
- - 2 tbsp. spoons of vegetable oil;
- - sugar, ginger, nutmeg, black pepper, salt.
Instructions

In a deep saucepan, heat vegetable oil. Cut the hunting sausages in circles, boiled-smoked bacon - thin small strips (leave some bacon to decorate the ready dish). Peel the cloves of garlic, finely chop it. All these prepared ingredients are sent together in a saucepan, fry.

From a can of tomatoes, drain the juice, leave it -juice is still useful to us for soup. And peel the tomatoes yourself. Then you can leave the tomatoes whole or cut as you like. Send the tomatoes to the saucepan to meat and garlic, simmer for 5 minutes, then pour in the tomato juice. Bring to a boil, cook for 10 minutes over medium heat.

Salt, pepper, nutmeg, sugar and freshGinger add to the soup to your liking. Some of these components you can change for something else on your own. Add crushed fresh greens to the soup, boil for 5 minutes.

Ready-made tomato soup with hunting sausages andBacon pour over soup plates, decorate with whole twigs of greens and bacon chips. Such chips are prepared elementary: thinly chop the remaining bacon, send it to a hot skillet without adding oil, allow it to brown to a crisp crust.
