Chicken Salad with Feta Cheese and Vegetables

This chicken salad is full of vegetables and Feta cheese. You can take not ordinary cheese, but cheese with the taste of dried tomatoes - this will make the salad even more original. The number of ingredients you can adjust to your taste.

Chicken Salad with Feta Cheese and Vegetables

You will need

  • - 450 g of chicken breast;
  • - 8 glasses of green salad;
  • - 1 glass of cherry tomatoes;
  • - 1 Bulgarian pepper, 1 carrot;
  • - a bunch of green onions;
  • - 1/2 cup Feta cheese;
  • - 3 tbsp. spoons of orange juice;
  • - 2 tbsp. Spoons of almond petals;
  • - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of olive oil;
  • - 2 teaspoons of vinegar;
  • - black pepper, salt.

Chicken breasts pre-brew untilReadiness, completely cool. Cut the meat in thin strips or disassemble the hands on fibrous pieces. Mix the chicken with the torn leaves of a green salad, cherry tomatoes.

Remove Bulgarian pepper from seeds, cutStraws, add to the chicken. Green onions, too, cut, carrots clean, cut into thin strips, send to the other ingredients of the salad. Add Feta cheese (grate the cheese), mix the ingredients together.

Separately mix fresh orange juice with vinegar, olive oil. Black ground pepper and salt, add to salad dressing to taste.

Pour the resulting filling over the finishedlettuce, mix. Garnish with dried almonds. To insist on the dish is not required, you can immediately serve chicken salad with Feta cheese and vegetables on the table. Alternatively, you can pre-prepare the ingredients for the salad, fold it in a hermetically sealed container and store it in the refrigerator until served to the table. Similarly you can do with the dressing - it can also be pre-cooked and stored in the refrigerator, because it comes to different vegetable salads.
