You will need

- - lemon juice - 2 tablespoons;
- - bread crumbs - 2 tablespoons;
- - Ground cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoon;
- - Fruit syrup - 2 tablespoons.

Cool 125 grams of butter. Then remove it from the refrigerator and chop it into small pieces. Then add the following ingredients: wheat flour, 50 grams of granulated sugar, as well as a pinch of salt and a raw chicken egg. All the mixing properly, knead the dough - it should be quite plastic. Place it in the cold for 60 minutes.

With apples, do the following: remove the peel from them, then remove the seed box from the core. Then each fruit is sprinkled with squeezed juice from the lemon.

After passing 60 minutes, cut the prepared doughinto 4 equal parts. Each of them form according to the shape of the square. Lay out the apple in the center of the squared square layers. Fill the middle with raisins. Fix the dough by covering its edges with each other.

Send "Apple in the test" in the oven, the temperature of which is 180 degrees, for about 20-25 minutes.

While baking dessert, make a sauce for it. To do this, the butter is turned into a homogeneous mass, that is, melt it, then combine it with sugar, ground cinnamon, fruit syrup, and breadcrumbs. Mix all of the above ingredients properly.
