How to cook "Brownie" with coffee sauce and biscuits

You will need

  • Brownish:
  • - 70 g of wheat flour;
  • - 115 g of butter;
  • - 100 g of thick sour cream;
  • - 2 eggs;
  • - 200 g of sugar;
  • - 50 g of cocoa powder;
  • - 2 tablespoons vanilla sugar;
  • - 0.5 tsp. baking powder;
  • - a pinch of salt;
  • - 200 grams of shortbread cookie.
  • Sauce:
  • - 100 ml of strong coffee;
  • - 70 g of sugar;
  • - 40 g of butter;
  • - 40 g of dark chocolate;
  • - 2 tsp. cocoa powder.

Let's start with the preparation of the sauce. Chocolate first break into pieces. In a small saucepan boil the water with sugar and cocoa. As soon as the liquid boils, put one butter and chocolate into it and carefully place it until it is uniform. We'll leave it cool.

Doy cooking "Brown" in one bowl we mix cocoa, flour, salt and baking powder.

Butter butter is melt, slightly cool and vzobem with two types of sugar to air consistency. Then one by one, add the eggs, each time whipping until fluffy.
