Spicy cheese nuggets
The first nuggets were invented for about 60 yearsback. Traditionally, this dish is prepared from chicken fillet. However, in many countries there are recipes of nuggets from beans, cabbage, ham and cheese. Cheese nuggets are an original dish that is characterized by a piquant taste due to the addition of a variety of spices. It will decorate not only the festive table, but also will please the members of your family in the everyday menu.
You will need
- - 400 g of cheese (suluguni or mozzarella)
- - 150 g breadcrumbs
- - salt
- - vegetable or olive oil
- - ground oregano
- - dry ground garlic
- - 2 eggs
- - nutmeg
- - curry

In a separate container, mix the ground dry garlic, curry, nutmeg and oregano. Mix all the ingredients in a homogeneous, crumbly mass.

Cut the cheese into small pieces. Prepare the egg mixture. To do this, whisk with a whisk or a mixer 2-3 eggs. On a flat plate, spread a flat layer of breadcrumbs.

Each piece of cheese carefully roll in a mixture of spices, then gently repeat the procedure with the egg and finish the process with breadcrumbs.

Lay the workpieces on a hot pan, previously greased with vegetable or olive oil. Fry the nuggets on both sides for a few minutes.
