Salad with mung bean sprouts and fried tofu
If you have not eaten fried yettofu, then this recipe is for you! In this salad, mash sprouts with fried tofu, sesame and spices perfectly combine. For a more satisfying version of the salad it is recommended to add boiled rice to it.
You will need
- For salad:
- - 200 g of tofu;
- - 150 grams of mung bean sprouts (mash sprouts);
- - 1 bunch of green salad;
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of potato starch;
- - Sesame.
- For sauce:
- - 1 onion;
- - 5 cloves of garlic;
- - 3 tbsp. Spoons of olive oil;
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of soy sauce;
- - 1/2 teaspoon of wine vinegar;
- - Ground pepper black and red, ground coriander.

Wash the leaves of the green salad, lay onpaper towel, leave to dry. Cut the tofu into cubes. Roll balls in potato starch, fry in a frying pan, oiled. You can fry without butter and starch, but then you will not get a crisp crust.

Take the sprouted and purified sprouts of masha. For salad, they should be boiled in boiling water for 1-2 minutes, but they can also be added raw into salads, so they turn out to be more crunchy, whiter.

Now prepare the salad dressing. Heat olive oil in a skillet, fry the chopped onion and crushed garlic until golden, then strain the oil, add to soy sauce. Add wine vinegar, ground coriander, black and red pepper, mix thoroughly.

Mix mash sprouts, tofu cheese, lettuce leaves. Pour on top with sauce, sprinkle with sesame seeds, stir. Delicious, dietary, easy and healthy salad with mung bean sprouts and fried tofu is ready.
