Spicy biscuits with persimmon and walnuts

You will need

  • - 2 cups of wheat flour;
  • - 1 cup of sugar;
  • - 100 g of walnuts, butter;
  • - 2 persimmon;
  • - 1 egg;
  • - 1 teaspoon of baking powder;
  • - A pinch of ground cinnamon and nutmeg.

Rinse the persimmons, pull out the bones, chop in a blender, to get a smooth mashed potatoes.

Sift in a large deep bowl of flour together with a baking powder for dough. Add the ground cinnamon and nutmeg.

Whip the softened butter with the egg andgranulated sugar. Mix with puree from persimmons and flour mixture. Mix everything until complete homogeneity. The dough for the future cookies is ready.
