How to cook a chocolate cake with blueberries
In the summer, at the time of fresh berries, why not cook such a rich cake?
You will need
- For the cake:
- - 440 g of flour;
- - 80 g of cocoa;
- - 2 eggs;
- - 400 g of sugar;
- - 2 tablespoons vanilla sugar;
- - 3 tsp. baking powder;
- - 140 g of vegetable oil;
- - 200 g of fatty sour cream;
- - 220 ml of strongly brewed coffee.
- Blueberry Cream:
- - 200 g fresh blueberries;
- - 250 grams of fatty cream;
- - 150 g of powdered sugar;
- - 420 g of cream cheese.

Heat the oven to 180 degrees andprepare 3 shapes with a diameter of 20 cm (you can prepare 1 cake on a large baking sheet and then cut it into pieces). Sift the flour with baking powder and cocoa powder.

In a separate bowl, beat the eggs with twotypes of sugar to air consistency. Add sour cream and vegetable oil to the egg mixture, whisk again. Add the brewed coffee and mix.

Combine the dry ingredients with liquid and mix everything until smooth. Pour the dough into molds and send it to the oven for about half an hour. Completely cool down.

For cream, turn the berry into mashed potatoes using crush. Drain the juice to get rid of excess moisture.

Separately, combine all the other ingredients for the cream with a mixer. Add the berry puree to the mixture and mix again. Prepare the cream for a couple of hours in the refrigerator.

Lubricate the cakes with cream, decorate the sides and top of the cake with them. Put it in the refrigerator for the night. To serve, decorate with a crumb of white chocolate, mint leaves and fresh blueberries!
