Grilled chicken salad with strawberries and spinach
Salad of chicken with strawberries and spinach will serve you an excellent rich and light dinner. It can be combined with white or red wine. Also this salad is suitable for any festive feast.
You will need
- - chicken fillet 200 g;
- - strawberry 150 g;
- - soy sauce 3 tablespoons;
- - Dried ginger 1 tsp;
- - lemon juice 2 tablespoons;
- - 1-2 cloves garlic;
- - spinach 1 bunch;
- - olive oil 1 tbsp.
- - sugar 1 tsp;
- - pepper, salt.

Chicken fillet wash, dry with paper towels. Cut the fillets with strips across the fibers.

For the marinade mix the soy sauce with olive oil, add the dried ginger and chopped garlic, mix thoroughly. Put the fillets in a bowl and pour the marinade, mix and leave for 30 minutes.

In a frying pan (or a conventional frying pan) fry pieces of fillet on each side until golden brown, for 3-4 minutes.

Strawberries are washed, let dry and cut each berry into quarters. Spinach rinse under running water and allow to dry.

We prepare the dressing for salad. Olive oil pour into a bowl, add the lemon juice, sugar, season with pepper and salt, mix thoroughly until the sugar dissolves.

Put a spinach leaf on a flat dishdish, on top, put pieces of roasted fillets and sliced strawberries. Pour the salad dressing. This salad can be served as a snack for white or red wine.
