Shish kebab from chicken in multivarka
Shish kebab from a chicken can be cooked and in a multi-you get a light, satisfying, very tasty dish. This recipe is especially important when there is no way to get out on nature. Shish kebab from the chicken must be served with the favorite sauce, fresh bread and greens.
Ingredients:
- spices (Provencal herbs, hops-suneli) - to taste;
- Salt - to taste;
- garlic - 3 cloves;
- soy sauce - 50 g;
- honey - 50 g;
- olive oil - 50 g;
- breast or chicken fillet - 500 g.
Preparation:
Chicken meat rinse in running cold water and cut into small pieces with a sharp knife. Fold the prepared pieces into a clean plate and then start to practice the marinade.
Whisk rub honey with olive oil,garlic and soy sauce. Add spices and salt, mix all the ingredients carefully. Soak the wooden skewers in cold water for at least half an hour. If this is not done, the wooden skewers may burn during the preparation of a shish kebab.
In a bowl, put the chicken meat, add the marinade and mix everything with clean hands so that each piece is well enveloped on all sides.
Remove the container to the refrigerator by covering it with a lidor instead tightening the top with a food film. To maintain marinating meat in the cold should be at least an hour. It is advisable to withstand longer, hours 3, and best of all night.
Onion free from the husks, cut off any excess, wash in water and cut into large rings. String pieces of meat on skewers, alternating with onion rings, then place them inside the multivark.
Pour over the remains of the marinade, turn on the multivark and activate the "Baking" mode, or "Frying". After 50 minutes, take out the finished chicken shish kebab and serve it to the table.
