Salad like mangoes. It turns out easy, with a piquant taste. Dressing for a salad is also quite unusual, it is prepared from yogurt, cheese and mustard - with mango and shrimps combined perfectly.

You will need

  • For salad:
  • - 1 mango;
  • - 2 carrots;
  • - 2 stalks of celery;
  • - 100 g of peeled shrimp;
  • - 5 cloves of garlic;
  • - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of olive oil;
  • - pepper, salt.
  • For sauce:
  • - 125 ml of low-fat yogurt;
  • - 50 g of cheese;
  • - 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard.

Peel one ripe mango, cut the pulp into slices. Peel the carrot, rub it on a fine grater. Stem celery wash, dry on paper towels, cut thin enough.

Garlic, peel, finely chop, fry it onpreheated olive oil. Add to the garlic peeled shrimp, fry together no more than 2 minutes. If the prawns cook for a long time, then they will become stiff.

Prepare salad dressing. Here everything is simple: whisk the non-fat natural yogurt without any flavoring additives in a blender with mustard. Cheese rub, add to yogurt, mix.

Mix the prepared mango with fried prawns with garlic. Add the grated carrot, chopped celery. Mix everything. Pepper and salt salad to your liking.

It remains to pour the salad on toparomatic dressing. Stirring is optional. Salad with mango and shrimp with cheese sauce is ready, serve it on the table at once. Cheese filling is suitable for other salads, and it also fits well with vegetable dishes.
