  • - bay leaf, salt

Fry and put the stew on low heat, under a closed lid, stirring occasionally. You can add a little water so that it does not burn out. Stew until the vegetables are soft, about half an hour.

In the pan, pour water and boil. Cut the cabbage and put it in the broth, then send the chopped Bulgarian pepper and the diced tomato. Salt. Apples finely chopped and added to the total mass, throw the same peas of pepper.
