How to cook a cake

You will need

  • For short dough:
  • - 200 g of flour;
  • 150 g of margarine;
  • - 40 g of sugar;
  • - 2 yolks.
  • For almond filling:
  • - for 125 g of butter, sugar, almonds;
  • - 20 g of flour;
  • - 2 eggs;
  • - 1 lemon.

Whisk the softened margarine with yolks andsugar to a creamy state. Margarine can be replaced with butter, this will not spoil the taste of the cake. Add the flour, quickly knead the soft dough, it should stick a little to the hands. Remove the dough for 2 hours in the refrigerator.

Prepare the filling: softened butter and whip with sugar. The oil should brighten, increase in volume. Do not try to achieve complete dissolution of sugar. Immediately add eggs, whisk until smooth. Sugar by this time already itself will practically disappear.

To the egg-and-butter mixture, add the zest from one lemon, flour, ground almonds. Gently mix it with a spatula - you will get an airy fragrant cream, which is also incredibly delicious!

Distribute the finished short dough in shape, form the sides about 1.5 cm. Knit the dough in several places with a fork. Lay the top of the filling, level.

Bake a Swedish cake for 20-30 minutes at 180 degrees. Focus on your oven, the top filling should become rosy. Then cool the finished cake, cut into small pieces.
