Warm salad with macaroni and mussels
This is both a salad and a full hearty dish. You can serve on the table as a dinner or dinner. Salad is prepared with a delicious dressing of oyster or soy sauce.
You will need
- For salad:
- - 200 g of frozen mussels;
- - a pack of pasta;
- - 1 onion;
- - green salad;
- - vegetable oil, laurushka, salt, dried basil, bell pepper.
- For refueling:
- - 3 tbsp. Spoons of olive oil;
- - 2 tbsp. Spoons of liquid from macaroni;
- - 1 teaspoon oyster or soy sauce.
- Additionally:
- - 4 slices of pickled ginger.

Boil the peeled mussels for 3 minutes in salted water with the addition of bay leaf and peppercorn. Drain the broth.

Boil water, add salt, pour 1 teaspoonvegetable oil, boil in this water until cooked pasta. Cook according to the instructions on the package, after pour into a colander, pour cold water. Sprinkle the pasta with olive oil.

Peel the onion, cut into thin rings,extinguish on olive oil until clear, add mussels, season with dried basil, stir, cook 3 minutes. Put the pasta in a frying pan, warm it up.

Wash the leaves of the green salad, dry on paper towels, tear with hands, fold in a bowl. Add the pasta with mussels, mix, pour salad dressing.

Recipe for salad dressing: beat with a fork olive oil with lemon juice, oyster or soy sauce and liquid that has remained from cooking pasta. Get a smooth, thick sauce.

Prepare a warm salad of pasta with mussels and decorate with marinated ginger strips. Serve warm on the table.
