How to prepare salad with salmon and mozprella

Salad with salmon and mozzarella is very gentle and festive. This salad came to us from France less than half a century ago and is now served for various festivals or as a healthy meal.

Salad with salmon

You will need

  • - 1 package (250 g) low-salted salmon
  • - 2 medium tomatoes
  • - 150 g of mozzarella cheese
  • - 1 PC. red onion
  • - 1 bundle of lettuce
  • - 3 tbsp. l. capers
  • - 3 tbsp. L. olive oil
  • - 1 tbsp. l. lemon juice
  • - 1 tbsp. l. mustard
  • -1 tsp. dried herbs
  • - salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Remove from the package and wash the fish, then dry it and cut into thin strips. Put the fish in a bowl, sprinkle with lemon juice and leave for 10-15 minutes.

Peel the onions from the husks, rinse them in cold water, dry, cut in half and cut into half rings. Place the onions in a bowl with fish. Cheese cut into cubes of medium size.

Wash salad tomatoes, dry, cut into slices. Wash salad leaves in cold water, tear into pieces.

Now it's time to make a dressing for the salad. To do this, take olive oil, mustard, dried herbs, salt and pepper, mix everything thoroughly, warm it up a little.
