You will need

  • - water - 200 ml;
  • - butter - 125 g;
  • - flour - 160 g;
  • - Hard cheese - 150 g;
  • - eggs - 3-4 pieces;
  • - salt - a pinch.

First of all, sift the wheat flour through a sieve. Do this at least 2 times. Then put the butter together with water in a saucepan of the appropriate size. There, pour the salt. Put the mixture on the fire - it should boil. Once this happens, add the sifted flour to it in one step. Stir this mass until the moment it begins to lag behind the walls of the dishes.

The resulting mass is placed in a blender. Let it cool down a bit, then one by one introduce raw chicken eggs to it. Do not forget to mix thoroughly after each. Thus, you will get a smooth homogeneous dough, from which the buns "Gujiers" will be prepared in the future.

Any hard cheese with a medium sized grater. Then add it to the resulting smooth test. Stir the mass properly in a blender.

Sending future buns "Gujiers" in the oven,bake them for 10 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees. After the time has elapsed, lower the oven temperature to 170 degrees and cook the baking for another 10 minutes.
