You will need

  • Ingredients for 6 servings:
  • - 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • - ½ head of onion
  • - 2 cloves garlic, chop
  • - 1 chicken breast
  • - half a glass of chicken broth
  • - 1 artichoke
  • - 1 can of dried tomatoes
  • - 1 can of olives
  • - 1 tsp. salt
  • - ½ tsp. dried oregano
  • - ½ teaspoon dried basil
  • - freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • - 100 grams of Dutch cheese
  • - packing of capellini

Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over mediumfire. Add there onions with garlic and fry in oil for 1 minute. Then add the chicken and fry for 5-10 minutes until a crust is formed.

In the same frying pan pour chicken broth,add artichokes, dried tomatoes, olives, oregano, basil, black pepper. Salt to taste. Cover the frying pan with a lid and cook for about 10 minutes until the chicken is cooked.

Separately in a saucepan cook a capellini, lightlystirring so that they do not stick together. Instead of them you can use ordinary spaghetti. Once the chaplains are ready, drain the water through a colander. Mix them with chicken, sprinkle the dish with cheese.
