Chicken pancakes with greens and cheese
Tasty pancakes from the chicken are at the same timea nutritious breakfast, and a full lunch, and a light dinner. And very quickly, and very tasty - an excellent recipe for every day. Even more delicious chicken fritters are obtained with cheese and greens.
You will need
- For six servings:
- - 600 g of chicken ground meat;
- - 150 g of hard cheese;
- - 5 eggs;
- - 1 bunch of green onions, dill or parsley;
- - 30 ml of vegetable oil;
- - 3 tbsp. spoons of flour and sour cream;
- - curry, pepper, salt.

Rub a piece of cheese on a large grater. Rinse and chop the greens and spring onions.

Put in a deep bowl of chicken ground meat. It can be purchased already ready or to pass through a meat grinder chicken fillet independently. Stuff eggs, pepper and salt, add crushed herbs, cheese, sour cream. Fill in the flour and add the curry flavor to taste. Mix everything thoroughly and set aside for 20 minutes.

Heat the frying pan, pour on it a vegetablebutter. Pour the fritters with a tablespoon into hot oil. Fry one side to a crispy crust for 3 minutes over medium heat. Then turn them over, fry on the other side, too, until they are red.

Ready chicken pancakes-cutlets with greens and cheese spread on a plate, in the pan, lay the next portion of chicken. So cook pancakes with whole stuffing.

Serve such fritters from a chicken is better than hot, but in a cooled form they remain tasty.
