Strawberry chocolate bar
The classic combination of strawberries and chocolate is great for baking. Tart turns rich, sweet and mouth-watering! An excellent choice for dessert.
You will need
- For the test:
- - shortbread cookies 300 g;
- sugar 1/2 cup;
- - Butter 1/2 cup;
- - chocolate black 280 g;
- - fat cream 1/2 cup;
- - strawberry 160 g;
- For cream:
- - egg whites 3 pcs .;
- - Lemon juice 3-4 drops;
- - water 1/3 cup;
- - sugar 200 g;
- - vanillin 1 teaspoon;
- - corn syrup 1/2 cup.

Chop the cookies. In a bowl, mix the cookies, sugar and melted butter. Put the resulting mass in a baking dish. Form a uniform base and small sides. Bake for 10 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.

Heat the cream in a small saucepan until the bubbles appear. Remove the pan from the heat and melt the cream in the cream. Then cool the mixture.

Strawberries should be thoroughly washed, remove the stems, dried with a paper towel and cut into thin slices. Sliced slices on a sand basis. Pour the strawberry creamy chocolate mixture.

Whisk egg whites with a mixer, adding a drop of lemon juice. Then add 2 tbsp. spoons of sugar. Beat until a thick foam forms.

In a saucepan, combine sugar, water and cornsyrup. Bring to a boil and remove from heat. Carefully pour the syrup into the egg whites and mix. Then put the cream on top of the chocolate layer. Tart is sent to the refrigerator for 40-50 minutes.
