Necessary ingredients:

- 1/2 teaspoon of salt and sugar;
- 0.5 teaspoons of soda;
- clove of garlic;
- A teaspoon of sweet paprika.
First you need to prepare all the ingredients. Garlic chop, curd wipe through a metal sieve.
In a container, which in the future can beput on a water bath, lay out cottage cheese, egg, salt and sugar, butter, soda. Rinse everything to a homogeneous state, so that there are no white curd impregnations. As a result, a slightly yellowish mass should appear.
