Spicy appetizer in lettuce leaves

To make a savory snack of cottage cheese,the following products will be needed: - 200 g of cottage cheese, - 1-2 cloves of garlic, - 20 g of dill greenery, - 1-2 tbsp. l. mayonnaise, - lettuce leaves, - salt. Squeeze the cottage cheese through a sieve. Dill the dill under running water and dry it on a paper towel, after which finely chop. Garlic cloves peel and pass through the press. Combine the prepared ingredients: cottage cheese, herbs and garlic. Season with salt, mayonnaise and mix well until a creamy mass is obtained. Then place the cooked snack for 20-30 minutes in the refrigerator. Wash salad leaves and dry. For each put a small amount of filling and carefully fold the sheet in the form of a roll or a cone, so that the filling is inside, and immediately serve a snack to the table.

"Patties" with tomatoes and cheese

For cooking hot snacks on thisthe recipe will require: - 400 g of thin Armenian lavash, - 500 g of tomatoes, - 600 g of cheese, - 100 g of fresh greens, - 70 ml of vegetable oil, - ground black pepper, - salt. Thin plates of Armenian lavash cut into 8-12 portions. Wash and dry tomatoes, and then cut into thin slices together with hard cheese. For each pita of lavash (closer to one of the edges), put the filling, first slices of cheese, then - tomatoes. Salt everything, pepper, sprinkle with finely chopped herbs, from above lay another layer of cheese. Wrap the stuffing in pita bread and fry the resulting "patty" on both sides on a greased frying pan. To the table, the prepared snack is served hot.

"Skazka" appetizer

To make this delicious snack, you needtake: - 600 g of fresh-frozen fillets of red fish (salmon, trout) - 200 g of peeled shrimp, - 20 g of red caviar, - 1 cucumber, - 1 tbsp. l. soy sauce, - vegetable oil, - greens, - ground pepper, - salt. Cut the red fish fillets into cubes and fry in a frying pan in vegetable oil for 10-15 minutes. Then add the peeled shrimps, salt, pepper and fry along with the fish for 3 minutes. At the very end, put chopped greens and pour in soy sauce. Put the ready fish with shrimp in the bowl, tightly pound and cool. Then gently turn the bowl upside down on the dish. Decorate the prepared snack "Fairy Tale" with red caviar and thin slices of fresh cucumber.
