How to cook zucchini with mushrooms
Zucchini with mushrooms is a simple dish. Its main ingredients are the harvest from the backyard beds and forest gifts. This simple mushroom dish, combining simple but useful products, can become an excellent independent dish or a side dish to meat.
You will need
- - 1 kg of courgettes;
- - 300 g of fresh mushrooms;
- - 3 medium bulbs;
- - 2 tomatoes;
- - 4 tablespoons of vegetable oil;
- - 2 tablespoons of flour;
- - 4 tablespoons of sour cream of medium fat content;
- - 0.5 cups of meat broth or water;
- - salt to taste;
- - greens of dill or parsley (optional).

Prepare the ingredients. Zucchini wash and peel. Cut in circles with a thickness of about 0.5 cm.

Rinse the mushrooms and finely chop. For this dish, you can use any mushrooms: rozhik, oily, freckles, birch-bark, etc. If you use mushrooms that need heat treatment, then first boil them, then chop.

Peel the onions and finely chop. Wash tomatoes, peel them and cut into small pieces.

Fill in the flour rings of courgettes and put in a frying pan with vegetable oil for frying. Fry on both sides until golden brown.

In another frying pan with warmed vegetable oil, salve the onions. Add the chopped mushrooms to the onions and fry for five minutes.

In the pan to the mushrooms add a little broth or water, add the sour cream, chopped tomatoes, salt and cook the mixture. Pour it zucchini, warm all together over low heat.

Serve mushrooms with zucchini in a warm form. To add beauty to the dish you can sprinkle with herbs.
