How to prepare a salad "Vinogradka"

"Vino" salad is not only delicious, satisfying and useful, but also looks very nice. This deliciously tasty and appetizing salad can take its rightful place on your table.

How to prepare a salad "Vinogradka"

You will need

  • - 250 g of fresh champignons;
  • - 150 g of hard cheese;
  • - 100 g of grapes;
  • - 4 chicken eggs;
  • - 3 pcs. potatoes;
  • - 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil;
  • - 1 large onion;
  • - 500 g of chicken meat;
  • - mayonnaise;
  • - salt.

For salad can be used as boiledchicken meat, and smoked chicken breast. If you chose the first option, cook chicken. Salt the meat 15 minutes before the end of cooking. Boil the meat for an hour and cool it.

Wash the potatoes and put it to boil. Set eggs on slow fire for cooking. While potatoes and eggs are boiled, prepare other necessary ingredients for the salad.

Peel the onion and chop it finely. Cut the champignons into small pieces and place them with onions in a pan with vegetable oil for frying.

Scrunch the cheese on a fine grater. Cut small cubes of chicken. Rub eggs and potatoes on a large grater.

For a salad "Vinogradinka" select grapes without pits, preferably kishmish. Cut the grapes into halves.

Vinogradinka salad is prepared by layers. From the prepared ingredients lay the layers in the following order: potatoes, fried champignons, chicken meat, crushed eggs, grated cheese. Each layer is lubricated with mayonnaise. We decorate the salad with half of the grapes.
