How to make bread pots
Bread is one of the oldest dishes on Earth. Bread products contain fiber, trace elements, vitamins, which are useful for human health. Try to cook and serve original bread pots to the table.
You will need:
- chicken fillet 400 g;
- Bulgarian pepper 2-3 pcs .;
- salt, pepper to taste, soy sauce, sugar;
- cauliflower 1 head of cabbage or broccoli;
- medium bulb;
- 1 carrot;
- zucchini 1 pc .;
- Bulgarian pepper 2-3 pcs .;
- hard cheese 150 g;
- round buns 6-7 pieces;
- sour cream 2 tablespoons;
- vegetable oil.
Preparation:
1. On vegetable oil fry the finely chopped onions. At the end of roasting, add soy sauce and a little sugar.
2. Chicken fillet cut into small cubes or strips. Fry in a pan until golden brown.
3. Wash the vegetables. Zucchini peel, remove the core, cut into small cubes. Bulgarian peppers cut into small strips. Carrot cut into thin circles. Divide the cauliflower into inflorescences. Prepared vegetables add to chicken fillet. Pepper and salt. Stew for 10-15 minutes until cooked.
4. With bread rolls cut off the tops and gently remove the crumb, without damaging the shape of the bun. From inside the walls of each bun is smeared with sour cream.
5. Finished vegetables and fillets arranged on bread pots. Grate the cheese on a fine grater and sprinkle on top. Preheat the oven and place the bread pots for 5 minutes. Decorate ready-made bread pots with a twig of greens and serve to the table.
