As a result, you should get a smooth non-dough. Form a ball from it, then cover it with a bowl and let it sit for half an hour. At the end of time, divide the dough into 4 parts, each thinly roll. Using a knife, give the lasagne sheets a rectangular shape.

Rolls with cheese filling

You can quickly prepare an original snackfrom the minimum of products. To do this you will need 8 sheets of lasagna, 4 tablespoons. olive oil, 2 tsp. lemon juice. For the filling, cook 600 grams of cream cheese, 100 grams of grated parmesan, 1 yolk, salt, pepper. To sprinkle the finished dish, use fresh white bread, garlic, 2 tbsp. olive oil.

Boil the lasagna sheets in salted water. After 3 minutes, put them in a colander and allow the liquid to drain completely. Prepare the filling. To do this, mop the cheese with yolk and parmesan, salt and pepper. Lay the lasagna on the table, grease with cheese filling and roll into rolls.

Make a sprinkle. White bread crumble, peel garlic and chop. Mix the ingredients with the olive oil. The resulting bread crumb put on a paper sheet lined with baking sheets, sprinkle with oil and garlic. Dry the crumbs, stirring occasionally, in an oven heated to 200oC.

To make the sauce, take 1 onion, parsley, 500 ml of milk, 1 bay leaf, black peppercorn, 40 grams of butter, 20 grams of flour, 100 grams of grated parmesan, salt.

Prepare the sauce. To do this, clean and cut the onion into two pieces, wash and dry the parsley. Mix 300 ml of milk with onion, greens, bay leaf and peppercorn, bring to a boil. After removing the milk from the fire, let it brew for 15 minutes, strain.

In a container with a thick bottom, fry the flour in oiluntil golden brown. Gradually, in small portions pour in the previously prepared milk mixture. Place the container with the contents on the fire and bring to a boil. After 15 minutes, the resulting sauce salt, pepper, add parmesan and whisk.

Proceed to prepare the main course. To do this, put the pumpkin on a paper sheet lined with paper, sprinkle with olive oil, salt, pepper, add nutmeg. Cover the dish with foil, bake for 20 minutes. At the bottom of the oiled form, lay out 1/3 of the lasagne, top half of the pumpkin serving. Repeat the layer, then close the dish with the remaining sheets, pour sauce, sprinkle with parmesan. Bake the dish in the oven for about 40 minutes.
