To make a honey pie, you will need150 grams of honey, 200 grams of low-fat sour cream, 400 grams of flour, a glass of sugar and 2 eggs. For taste, you can add a little ground cinnamon and cloves to the dough. You can use sour cream and chocolate for decoration.
Prepare all the ingredients. Mix honey, eggs, sugar in a bowl, add sour cream. All rub until smooth. Put cinnamon and cloves in the same place, add soda vinegar, which is extinguished. Some housewives add a couple of tablespoons of butter to the dough.
Add the flour to the resulting liquid mixture. Mix everything - the consistency should be like that of liquid sour cream. It's time to warm up the oven. Turn on the fire in it and start cooking the cake pan. It should be anointed with oil, or even better - sprinkled with flour. Pour the dough into a mold, put it in the oven and stand for a quarter of an hour at a temperature of 180 degrees, to make the dough a little bit. After that, add heat and bake the cake in a hot (200 degrees) oven for about half an hour.
