Rolls with crab sticks: recipe
Rolls are a dish that enjoys incredible popularity among true gourmets. If you want to make rolls at home, but there was no red fish at hand, then replace it with crab sticks.
You will need
- - a glass of rice for sushi (you can use regular round rice);
- - packing of crab sticks;
- - 200 grams of soft cream cheese;
- - two cucumbers (fresh);
- - one ripe avocado;
- - soy sauce;
- - Nori packaging;
- - a teaspoon of salt.

First of all boil the rice. To do this, in a clean pan, pour two cups of water, bring it to a boil, then pour rice into it and salt. Simmer for 10 minutes, then turn off the gas and leave the pan to stand for another 10 minutes. As soon as the time runs out, add one or two tablespoons of soy sauce to the rice and mix it thoroughly. Leave the rice to cool down.

Cucumbers and avocados rinse, remove cucumber from cucumber (if it is thick or stiff), remove the stone from the avocado. Remove the film from the crab sticks. Cut everything into strips of medium thickness.

Take the bamboo mat, wrap itpolyethylene film. Put one sheet of nori on it with a shiny side down. Pick up some rice, roll it into a bowl and put it in the middle of the leaf. Gently distribute the rice throughout the sheet, lightly pressing it down.

Once you have laid the rice, you can proceedstowing the filling. In the middle of the rice stripe strip of medium thickness, put cream cheese (it is better to lay a teaspoon), then from one side of the cheese put strips of cucumber, and on the other - avocado. From above on cheese put crab sticks. Try as closely as possible to lay the stuffing.

The most important stage is rolling rolls. To do this, pick up the edge of the rug, which is located closer to you, then gently lay it on the filling, trying not to move it, but only to cover it. Roll the "sausage" forward to the very end of the sheet, press it with your hands, trying to make it dense. Give it an oblong shape.

After this, lay the resulting "sausage" onflat dish, soak the knife in vinegar with water and cut it into several pieces two centimeters wide. Rolls are ready, now they can be put on a dish and served with sauce.
