1. Simple potato salad with greens and garlic
You will need:
- 500 g of potatoes;
- 2 tablespoons sunflower oil;
- garlic to taste (2-3 wedges);
- A bunch of green onions;
- black freshly ground pepper and sea salt to taste.
Wash the potatoes, cover it lightly with oil and send to a preheated oven to bake until ready. Then cut into a small cube, season with pepper and salt, mix.

2. Potato salad with herring
You will need:
- 500 g of potatoes;

- Freshly ground black pepper and sea salt to taste.
Potatoes are cooked the same way as in the previousrecipe, and while it is baked, remove all herbs from the herring and cut it into large pieces, mix with chopped herbs onions, pepper and season with oil. Then add the potatoes, mix and try to salt - perhaps dosalivat and not needed!
Note that this salad is also good with anchovies (although this is not such a budget option).
3. Potatoes with lemon dressing
You will need:
- 600 g of potatoes;
- 2-3 tablespoons olive oil;
- 1 tsp lemon peel;
- freshly ground black pepper and sea salt to taste.
Potatoes bake in a uniform and cut into medium cubes. Add salt, pepper, sprinkle with zest and pour olive oil. Serve the dish warm.
4. Hearty potatoes with bacon
You will need:
- 600 g of potatoes;
- 100 g of bacon;
- 1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar;
- 0.5 tsp Sahara;
- 1 tbsp. chopped dill;
- salt and pepper to taste.
Boil the potatoes. While she is preparing, cut the bacon into small pieces and put it on a frying pan. Wait until the fat is over, and transfer the bacon to a plate with a paper towel so that they absorb excess fat, and add a little sugar and a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar into the frying pan. Wait for the dissolution of grains of sugar.
Now it was the turn of the potato: send it to the same frying pan and quickly fry, stirring constantly. Season with salt and pepper to taste, sprinkle with herbs, add bacon, mix and serve again.
5. Potato salad with peas
You will need:
- 1 kg of potatoes;
- a couple of tablespoons of fresh parsley;
- a bunch of green onions;
- 1 tsp. Salts;
- black pepper to taste;
- 100 ml of sunflower oil;
- 200 ml of green peas (frozen).
Boil the potatoes in the usual way. Add salt and pepper.
While potatoes are being cooked, parsley and onion grease and boil a glass of frozen peas in boiling water with the addition of salt for literally 1-2 minutes.
Mix all the ingredients, refill with oil, try and, if necessary, add salt / pepper.
6. Puree with melted milk
You will need:
- 1 kg of potatoes;
- 100 g of butter;
- 1 cup of melted milk;
- 4 laurel leaves;
- garlic to taste;
- fragrant pepper to taste (5-6 peas);
- sea salt.
From the gauze make a small bag, where you should lay down the pepper and laurel, send it to a pan with potatoes and cook until ready. At the end of the cooking, take out a bag and potatoes.
Add butter, previously submerged in a microwave oven and tolkushkoy turn the contents of the pan in puree.
Preheat the milk and slightly add it to the saucepan, bringing the mashed potatoes to the desired consistency. Then put it on a quiet fire and beat the mashed potatoes to make it airy.
