Some companies that manufacture mp3 players,release new versions of the software. Their main goal is to fix the errors found in previous firmware. Sometimes a software update can add additional features to the device.

Select the firmware version. Usually official software can also be downloaded from the manufacturer's website. These files have the permission of bin or rfw. Most often, Flasher and Customer Updater are used to update the firmware. In your case, you may need another application.
