After drying, immerse all parts (except the display) in a container with a solution of ethyl alcohol and hold there for several hours. In this case, observe the rules of fire safety. And then it will dry again. Alcohol dries much faster than water. Now you just need to collect the phone and try to turn it on. If everything turned out well, then you coped with the task.
