The order of dialing numbers inside it remains the same: only the subscriber's number without any prefixes. If, by analogy with the code zone 499, you type the prefix 495 and the number of the called subscriber, just before you reach him. Try to dial only the number first. And if it does not work out, and nothing is confused in the room itself, it means that it refers to code 499 and it is necessary to call it taking this circumstance into account.
