As you can guess by the name, this skirt consists of four wedges-wedges. Sew it better from the fabric, which will easily fold, for example, from silk, chiffon, fine wool.
To build a pattern, you will need the following measurements: waist size, hip volume and the distance between these measures along the vertical, as well as the length of the skirt.
On a large sheet of paper (tracing paper, paper, onseveral glued newspapers) we construct a pattern where ay = quarter of the waist volume, rg = quarter of the hip volume, a2 = the distance between the levels at which you measured the waist volume and the thigh size, h = length of the article.

Make a pattern. Measure the girth of the hips, add to the resulting indicator of 3cm and divide the result by 8. Get the size of the narrow part of the wedge. Measure out the middle and down to the height of the wedge, draw a perpendicular line. From the bottom at an angle of 90 degrees on both sides of this line, lead straight. The bottom of the wedge should be wide as much as the width of the fabric allows. On each side of the wedge leave at 1.5 cm for allowances on the seams. Long sides of wedges sweep on the overlock oron a conventional sewing machine with a zigzag stitch, then sew. Recture the seams. Do the same with the lining cloth. Sweep the bottom and top edges of the skirt. For the frill, cut out long strips of the desired width from the fabric. The length of the frill should be twice the width of the skirt at the bottom. Pin it to the bottom of the underlay, forming neat creases at the same intervals. Attach.
