How to draw a sunflower pencil

Sunflower is a flower of golden color, havinga lot of petals-rays, but this name was not obtained because of external resemblance to the heavenly body. This plant has the feature of turning its inflorescences to the sun, for which it received the name sunflower.

  • - soft pencil
  • - eraser
  • - blank canvas

First you need to decide on the sizefuture drawing. With the help of a hard pencil, note the height of the flower. We try not to click on the pencil so that after removing these lines the eraser does not leave any traces.

Now we start drawing the details. We use for this purpose all the same firm pencil. Draw a circle, and determine its diameter themselves. It is worth considering that in the future you will have to draw petals, so the diameter of the core should be determined reasonably. Shade the middle of the flower with a soft pencil.

We proceed to draw petals in a circle. Their length should be equal to the radius of the core, and their shape - elongated, with slightly pointed ends. To the flower eventually looked more believable, it is unnecessary to depict each petal with photographic accuracy, it will be better if they differ slightly from each other.

Next, you need to draw a flower stem. Since the bud itself is voluminous, it is necessary to draw a stem corresponding to a similar flower. Its width should in no case be narrower than the width of the petal.

Now draw the leaves. We choose their quantity ourselves, but it is worth remembering that most of them should be located at the top of the stem.

Using a soft pencil, slightly shade the right side of the plant, creating the illusion of a shadow. Using the eraser, remove the auxiliary lines. The drawing is ready.
