After that, lemons are placed in cans (soft from above, in order to use them first). Banks are closed with a glass lid and placed in a cold place. They are well preserved and buried in flour.
  • Lemons with an old crust persist longer if they are put into table salt.
  • To cut the cut lemon longer, spread the cutoff place with whipped protein, let it dry and put the lemon in a cool place.
  • Strawberries can be stored only 3-4 days. Choose whole, well ripened berries, which are stacked in small baskets, covered with grape leaves. The baskets are suspended in a cold ventilated place.
  • Raspberry is preserved in the same way.
