You can conclude several contracts with the provider or create your own local network. Practice shows that the second method requires less financial expenditures. Purchase a network hub (switch) and network card. If you plan to use a mobile computer as a proxy server, then you will need a USB-LAN adapter.

Select a PC that will perform the functions.proxy server. Connect the purchased network card (adapter) to it. Now, using a twisted pair cable, connect a network hub to this card. Similarly, connect this device to other computers and laptops.

3

Turn on all the above devices.Pay attention to the fact that the hub must be connected to the mains. Open the list of active network connections on the computer that you want to configure as a proxy server. Right-click on the hub connection icon. Select "Properties" and go to the TCP / IP protocol settings menu.

4

Activate the item “Use the followingIP address "and enter its value. It is better to use IP 192.168.0.1 if it will not conflict with other devices. The remaining fields of this menu can not be filled. Go to internet connection properties. Open the “Access” tab and find the item that is responsible for allowing other users to use this connection. Check the box next to this item and save the changes.

5

Open the TCP / IP settings on other PCs.Fill in the "Default Gateway" and "Preferred DNS Server" fields by entering the IP address of the proxy server (the first computer) into them. Set static IP addresses for all your computers. Your network with a proxy server is ready.
