Labor law does not regulateways of registration of transformation of relations between the worker and the employer in this case. In practice, there were several options: 1) dismissal of the part-time employee at his request and signing a new employment contract with him, provided that this work is the main one for him, 2) transfer, 3) conclusion of an additional agreement with changing the essential conditions of the employment contract. The first two ways are difficult to recognize as correct. In the first case, the employee may not wish to be dismissed, and this is his right. The translation implies a change in the labor function of the employee, and in the situation in question the employee performs the same labor function.

Get a change from the employeeconditions of employment relations and a work record book with a record of dismissal from the main place of work. The application is made in free form and submitted to the head of the organization. In the request for application, the following wording can be inserted: "I request that the Labor Contract No. 5 be amended from" 21 "April 2011, with the exception of the conditions on compatibility and recognition of the main place of work."

Enter into an additional agreement with the employeeon the introduction of changes in the employment contract. The essence of this agreement is to terminate the status of part-time and recognition of the work of the principal. Also, you can change the terms of payment and the mode of work, because now the length of time for this employee is not limited to the norms of labor legislation that regulate compatibility issues.

Issue an order for appropriate changes. The order is made in free form and may contain approximately the following wording: "Recognize the employee Ivan Ivanov, who held the position of legal adviser on conditions of compatibility, occupying this position at the main place of work from" April 25, 2012. "

On the basis of this order, record inwork book. There are also options for making entries according to certain conditions: 1) If there is a record of part-time work and after it there is a record of the dismissal from the main place of work, you should record that from a certain date the work in such a position became the main one for the employee. In column 4, a reference is made to the corresponding order. 2) If there is no record of part-time work, immediately after the record of dismissal from the main place of work, the full name of the organization and the shortened (if any) header are indicated. Then, a record is made of the employee's acceptance of a job from the day the work began in the organization with reference to the relevant order.
