In some cases, a claim may be filed at the place of residence of the plaintiff.

Begin to collect the documents necessary forthe beginning of the trial on the issue of paying alimony. First, you can pay the appropriate state fee (for example, in the Savings Bank) and get a receipt. Requisites for payment will be prompted by the staff of the Chancery of the Court. Then make a copy of the marriage certificate, the birth of the child, and attach to the package of documents the certificate of the place of residence of the child and the defendant's wages (if there are relevant data).

Start drafting a claim as soon as possible.all necessary documents will be collected. Study Article 131 of the Code of Civil Procedure of the Russian Federation to draw up a document in accordance with all the rules. You can draw it in printed or handwritten form, having necessarily put in the end the signature. In the application, indicate all the information you have about the defendant, including his / her full name of the defendant and contact details, as well as his details, to which the defendant will subsequently send payments by court order. Pass the package of documents and the filed suit to the court's office in person or send it by mail. Within 5-10 days, the court will review the application, accompanying documents in the case and notify you of the date of the start of the trial.
