Three to four hours before bedtime, you can have dinner, exercise, if you are used to doing physical exercises, drink tea, make the last preparations for tomorrow's important meeting. Smokers can smoke a last cigarette. It is not recommended to perform these actions. Do not look before going to bed watching action movies, horror movies, erotica or read similar books. Prepare your bedroom. A person sleeps much better if he sleeps in the open air, but at the same time hiding behind a warm blanket. If you do not want to leave the window open for the night, at least ventilate the room. You can use special pillows for sleeping or sachets, filled with herbs (cones of hops, lavender, mint, melissa), helping to fall asleep.

Just before going to bed, tryto renounce all cares. If you meditate, now is the time to do it. If not - think about something pleasant. Mentally visualize beautiful flowers, landscapes of distant countries, raging sea. This will help you relax.

If the curtains in your room let light in, and withstreet or from the neighbors, music or voices are heard, use a bandage for sleep and earplugs. Darkness and silence are important conditions for those who want to get enough sleep in a short space.
