The image on the monitor screen is created fromindividual points that flicker and glow. In addition, the fluorescent lights that are installed in the offices are also flickering. Therefore, do not be surprised why the eyes are sore and sore, or, conversely, suffer from a lack of tear fluid.
This phenomenon is called the "dry eye effect". It affects more than half of those who constantly work at the computer. What if my eyes hurt? It is necessary to regularly visit the oculist to take vitamins for the eyes and follow certain rules developed by the SAN PI.
In order to maintain vision in such conditions, special hygienic requirements have been developed for organizing work at the computer:
- Sunlight should fall on the monitor to the right;
- The light of the desk lamp should not blind the eyes or be reflected in the computer monitor.
- From the eyes to the monitor should be 50-70cm.
- The monitor should be 10 cm below eye level. 5. Regularly clean the monitor from dust.
