Athletes are recommended to drink 500-1500 mg (or 15 ml of syrup) before training. Children under the age of 1 year have a syrup of 8-20 caps, children from 1 to 6 years - 20-28 drops, children from 6 to 12 years - 2.5 ml, 2-3 times a day for a month. Duration of admission is 4-6 weeks.
